LABSH3AT CONSULTANCY - FZCO ("we", "us") operates erasemode. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. A privacy service should be careful with privacy, so we collect only what the work needs.

- Account details: your email address and the sign-in information needed to verify it.
- Identity details for removals: the name, addresses and other details you give us so removal requests can be matched to you.
- Results: the listings we find, the status of each request and the evidence of confirmed removals.
- Billing: handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To verify you, send and track removal requests, show you progress and evidence, take payment, answer support questions and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How we protect it
Identity details, listing links and evidence are encrypted. Passwords you type into a password check never leave your browser. We keep personal details out of logs and out of analytics.
Who receives it
We share the details needed for a removal with the data brokers and sites you ask us to contact, and with service providers that run our infrastructure, email and payments, under duties to protect it. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal, billing and security needs. You can ask us to delete your account and the data we hold about you, subject to those needs.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information and to object to some uses. Write to support@erasemode.ai and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to work and to keep you signed in once accounts open.
Children
erasemode is not for people under 18.
