Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and LABSH3AT CONSULTANCY - FZCO ("we", "us"), which operates erasemode. By using the website or a paid plan you agree to them.
What erasemode does
erasemode asks data brokers and people-search sites to remove personal information about you, tracks each request and keeps evidence when a removal is confirmed. A removal counts as verified only when a follow-up check confirms the listing is gone and we hold the evidence for it. A sent request is not a verified removal.
What we do not promise
- We cannot erase every trace of you from the internet.
- Coverage varies by site, and timing depends on each site.
- Information can reappear, and a new listing can need a new request.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18. You may ask us to act only for yourself, and you authorize us to send removal requests with the details you give us. We never search for, or reveal data about, anyone else.
Plans, billing and cancellation
The removal plan costs $15 per month or $120 per year, in US dollars. There is no free trial. The plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices may change for future periods, and we will tell you before a change applies to you. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. Do not use erasemode to harass anyone, to hide unlawful activity or to submit requests about another person.
Third parties
We rely on outside data brokers and service providers. We do not control them and they decide how to handle requests under the law that applies to them.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Ending service
You may stop using erasemode at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
